Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
All schemes, campaigns on iApps Creator are managed by the customer. He/She can cancel/stop his campaigns at any time. Money will revert immediately to the iApps Creator bank. It will be visible to him in his reports and statements. He can restart any new campaign with that money at any time.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. Money will stay in the iApps Creator bank for at least 60 days. The client can restart any campaign during that period. He can start a new scheme. If finally, after 60 days, he is not satisfied he may claim the refund of remaining balance by sending an email on support@iappscreator.com.
Rate Change
New rates are effective from 1st January every year, and will reflect to all. The deductions from 1st January will be as per new rates. The rate can be less or greater than previous rates depends on traffic of iApps Creator
Terms and Condition of Paid Advertisement
iApps Creator provides online software to manage paid advertisements. It is declared that a user cannot play or use any unethical tricks with software to get extra benefits and bonus, which is against to terms and conditions of iApps Creator. All users are required to adhere not to make any type of violation in advertisement services. If any user fails to comply with advertisement conditions and guidelines, we reserve the right to disable his/her iApps Creator account any time.
A user can not have multiple accounts on iApps Creator; he can add multiple businesses in one account. Money in one account cannot be transferred into another account.
We possess the right to block your account any time if you are found playing any nifty game with iApps Creator in any manner. If account is disabled, User will not be eligible for further participation in the iApps Creator advertisement. And may lose balance left in iApps Creator bank, which will not be available for further use. iApps Creator, may change its terms and conditions for advertisements at any time. You are requested to come often on iApps Creator for new updates.
Note : Refund only applies for all "Top Listing Advertisements" and not other type of advertisements like banners, classified ads etc.
